I'm a multi-business founder teaching the next generation that character compounds faster than money. I started digging ditches at 10 years old in my father's concrete business. Today I run multiple companies across construction, technology, franchising, and coaching — generating millions in revenue while protecting what matters most: time with family.

In 2020 I launched Record Enterprises and have since built VoiceQuote (SaaS for contractors), expanded into franchise ownership (Playa Bowls), and developed coaching programs that transform both bodies and businesses. After realizing my empire would die with me if I didn't teach my five kids to build — not just inherit — I wrote The Fourth Generation Formula, a book about breaking the 97% generational failure rate.
